Viking Events is a leading events company specializing in luxury portable spaces made from shipping containers, including artist dressing rooms, portable pubs, and retail units. Our team of experts offers a range of services from safety planning, site design, custom set design and fabrication, to 3D CAD design. We are committed to creating innovative products that do not yet exist within the event industry, emphasizing speculative product creation in niche sectors.

Artist Dressing Rooms
Our artist dressing rooms are designed to provide a luxurious and comfortable environment for performers and artists, ensuring they have the perfect space to prepare and relax before their performances. Fully equipped with AC, glass fronted fridges, relaxed seating, sound system, 55 inch TV. A solution dropped and ready in under 30 minutes.
Launched in 2025 our dressing room cabins have been used at some of the leading events in the industry. From All Points East, to LIDO, to Krankbrothers, to Reggae Land, to Brighton & Hove City Council and other private hire clients they have been unbelievably popular. From a green room to a CEOs office, they are ready for the job.

Portable Pubs
We specialize in crafting bespoke portable pubs, offering a unique and memorable experience for patrons at events and festivals. Our portable pubs are designed to deliver a premium drinking experience in any location.

Retail Units
Our retail units are tailored to provide an engaging and functional space for vendors at events and markets. We focus on creating innovative retail environments that captivate customers and drive sales.
From glass fronted modern units to traditional looking store fronts we have a range of flexible solutions ready to be branded, adjusted and deployed anywhere. Our units take roughly 4 hours to set up once they arrive on site and only 2 hours to remove, making them perfect for short term installs or pop ups.

Storage Services
In addition to our portable spaces, we offer secure and efficient storage services for event organisers and businesses. Our storage solutions are designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients, ensuring their assets are well-protected.
From container storage, to temporary artic storage, to anything in the middle, our warehouse and outside areas are covered by 30 CCTV cameras, have 24/7 staffing and have a forklift plus a 10T crane available to help load and unload.

Set Design & Fabrication
Our custom set designs are tailored to elevate event experiences, creating immersive and visually stunning environments. We combine creativity and craftsmanship to bring our clients' visions to life.
Brief to delivery, covered under one roof. Our workshop is kitted out with full carpentry shop with a CNC machine. We have full metal work capability, we can weld with MIG, TIG & Stick. We have multiple methods of metal cutting from grinders to plasma or oxy torches. Whatever the vision, we can create it, perfectly.

Safety Planning & Management
Safety is our top priority, and we offer expert safety planning and site design services to ensure the well-being of all event attendees and staff. We focus on creating secure and functional event spaces. Our team of NeBOSH qualified staff are on hand to help you deliver something with safety at the heart of it.
